How does DONOS Academy work?

Step 1

Training modules are offered through a catalog available on the DONOS Academy platform.

Step 2

Visit the catalog to find training courses tailored to your needs, or improve your skills on specific modules.

Step 3

The courses are presented in the form of explainer videos, followed by quizzes and a test mode for learning accreditation. A certificate of aptitude is issued at the end of each module.

Step 4

Make progress with personalized support, determined according to areas of weakness.

Step 5

Once the weaknesses have been identified, our Customer Success Manager will schedule interactive sessions with one or more employees to discuss any points of confusion.
