A month ago, we took part in the Atlassian Team Tour France 2024 and we still can’t stop talking about it!

Though short, it was an extremely rewarding and productive day. We had the opportunity to meet all sorts of inspiring people and forge valuable contacts. Each discussion taught us something new and opened up new horizons.

The day also brought some fascinating innovations. We discovered new technologies and avant-garde solutions presented by Atlassian, which promise to transform our day-to-day practices. Not only did these discoveries inspire us but they also gave us concrete ideas for improving our own work.

Our day was carefully planned to maximize opportunities to meet people and learn new things. Here is a timeline of the key moments in this very rewarding day.

8am

We arrived at the iconic Station F to set up our stand and give our customers and partners a warm welcome.

Our photo booth in particular was a real hit!

Florian and Ani were on hand throughout the day to support you with all your future needs!

We provided you with various accessories to help create special memories!

Station F’s modern architecture made it the perfect venue for the event.

9am

The event opened to the public, with an introductory keynote speech by Rick Cobb, Atlassian Senior Executive and Co-Founder of AgileCraft, now Jira Align.

After a hearty breakfast and some initial discussions, we were able to attend the opening of the event by one of our partner Atlassian’s key people, Rick Cobb.

We were therefore lucky enough to enjoy a preview of Atlassian’s new economic structure, or System of Work, with new and innovative tools such as Generative AI, Rovo, Compass, Analytics and Loom.

Mikaël had the opportunity to present DONOS Conseil on stage, to a great reception from the audience!

Networking

Between each highly informative conference, we were delighted to be able to see some of our customers again, or meet others in person for the first time! 

This networking time allowed us to showcase our new products through demo sessions, talk about our team and our Platinum partnership with Atlassian, and facilitate meetings between customers, Atlassian partners and the Atlassian team on site, who made sure everything ran smoothly on the day.

We were able to talk to most of our customers, and meet some others.

Nearly 340 people took part in this first event in France – a huge success for Atlassian!

Conference: ‘Unleash the potential of your teams’

During this conference the two speakers, Christian Tremellat (Bouygues) and Xavier Castan (CATS), presented Rovo and Goals by Atlassian, two innovative tools that will help teams to increase productivity, find information in all cloud applications, develop knowledge as they work, and act more quickly thanks to virtual agents.

Enhanced search capabilities

Rovo’s search function is designed to provide highly contextual and relevant results from a variety of data sources. Be it content from Jira, files in Google Drive or documents on SharePoint, Rovo ensures that users can quickly locate the information they need.

AI-powered learning and information

Rovo uses AI to improve understanding. It uses knowledge maps and AI chat functions to present instant, up-to-date information on teams’ projects, objectives and activities.

Workflow optimization by specialized agents

Rovo has introduced specialized agents designed to automate and streamline complex tasks. These agents, tailored to an organization’s specific knowledge base, can generate, review and refine content, manage project workflows and even help with the induction of new employees.

Complete and secure integration

Rovo maintains enterprise-level permissions, ensuring that search results are personalized and secure and giving administrators full control over data access and search connectors.

Track goals using any framework

Atlas is flexible to suit any goal framework, from OKRs, SMART goals, KPIs, or whatever your organization uses. Define a parent goal and add sub-goals to make them more manageable.

Know who to ask

Understand who is responsible and accountable for achieving each goal – both the owner and contributing teams. You can dive deeper on their profile page.

Curate goals with topics

Tag goals with topics – for example, by department, product, quarter, etc. – which teams can follow to get all the signal and none of the noise.

Get an overview of how work produces results

Help teams prioritize and stay focused by showing how work contributes to goals, and how it’s progressing.

Break down silos across teams by making it easy to discover, understand, and get behind shared goals, whichever framework you use.

About Jira Product Discovery

Capture and prioritize ideas

You can give context to an idea by including feedback from user interviews or troubleshooting requests. Essentially, it works like an ‘Ideas Backlog’, compiling data from a wide range of sources. You can create ideas in list or table view, create them from Jira, add comments inside Ideas, merge different ideas and use templates for ideas.

Create and manage projects

Your data and insights are stored in a Jira Product Discovery project. This is where you can try out potential ideas and organize your team’s future work. Jira Product Discovery lets you handle access to your project in order to manage it. There are three main project roles: Administrator (who can do most things), Member (who is part of the team) and Viewer (who can only search and view tickets for your project).

Integration with other products and applications

With the Jira Product Discovery Chrome extension, you can transfer data from user interview notes, such as highlights of words and sentences, screenshots, or any website information, to insights. As for integration with Slack, you can create ideas and insights from any comment or piece of information posted on a Slack channel thanks to the interface between Jira Cloud and Slack.

Organize and visualize ideas with views

You can visualize, organize and prioritize ideas using the list view, based on a number of fields you create in Jira Product Discovery. They can include goals, effort level, business impact, and more. You can create as many list views as you want and filter the lists to sort your ideas. You can also create a list view and develop the ideas it includes using this list.
