We are thrilled to announce our new partnership with Creativas, the developers of Smart Courses Plugin for Confluence. This collaboration is set to bring new opportunities for learnings and development to our users by hosting our brand-new product DONOS Academy.
Why did we choose to work with Creativas?
We first discovered Smart Courses in the Atlassian Marketplace while trying to find a Learning Management System (LMS) tool.
From the moment we started using it, we were impressed by its features and ease of use. We reached out to Creativas to learn more about the plugin and its possibilities. The Creativas team exceeded our expectations. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, and proactive in suggesting new ways to maximize the plugin’s capabilities. They had answers to all of our questions and even provided insights that reassured us of the plugin’s value.
What is Smart Courses for Confluence?
Smart Courses is an intuitive LMS tool that helps create courses on any subject. It is possible to add videos, images, questions, and even sections to divide up the courses by topic. An important feature is the insights and reporting section, which makes it easy to follow up on the user’s training performance. All of this is available by accessing Confluence, you do not need an external account.
An interesting option is the ability to create an exam or a simple module. At the end of the exam mode, it is possible to add a certificate for the course completion. For each created course, the admin has the choice to either assign the course or an exam to a specific group or leave it open for any user with access to the course module in the Confluence space. The self-paced nature of the modules allows for constant improvement, making it ideal for onboarding.

Our experience with Smart Courses has been outstanding. The quality of the tool combined with the excellent team support from Creativas, has exceeded our expectations. Some features we’ve loved so far include :
